The French label that combines vines and beauty has definitely evolved a lot since its launch in 1995. I adore the Eau de Beauté, a mist that I use every morning when I wake up, and I am definitely a fan of their vine tea-scented Eau Fraîche. But did you know that the brand also offers in-store beauty care? An immersion in the world of Caudalie completely seduced me.

The DIX30 boutique is small and luminous. The photos of vines and the medley of products on the walls are enchanting. I definitely have to say that I am very inspired by the founder of the brand, Mathilde Thomas, and I fall in love with this label every time I get a glimpse of her universe.

The Caudalie Eau de Beauté

Behind the boutique is the treatment room. On the menu: facials promoting the antioxidant properties of the Caudalie products. When I dropped by, I tried the new “Eau de Beauté” — my favourite product!! — treatment, a 50 minute one that aims to give our skin the glow it deserves.

The treatment started off by a makeup removal session — I was wearing very little makeup — followed by light exfoliation, preparing the skin for the active ingredients in the product. Then, a few mists accompanied by pressure, a face modelling technique that increases micro-circulation. The treatment is then followed by a glycolic peeling mask and refreshing cotton balls soaked in the Eau de Beauté.

Not only did my skin come out of it completely revived, my body was also very appreciative of this moment of relaxation. The perfumes from the essential oils used on my body literally brought me to another world. Another reason why you should take more care of yourself, and treat yourself to skin services like these!

Caudalie also has boutiques in Laval, as well as in Toronto, and the Eau de Beauté treatment they offer costs $105. Well-deserved luxury for your skin and spirit!
