The establishment can brag about its meat, imported all the way from Argentina. If you’re lucky, you may get to listen to chef Natalia Machado talk to you about the different cuts and types of meat with love and passion. Complete your experience with a glass of wine, and enjoy the night.
The Europea Chef’s Table is the best of the best culinary experience in Montreal. This little corner located right outside the kitchen offers a stunning view inside Ferrer’s atelier. They are known for their delicate and meticulous dish presentation, and the gastronomical experience is also special. Seeing the team prepare the meals with such finesse is a breathtaking experience. Know that if you are unable to reserve a seat — you have to do it months in advance — the kitchen is actually open to visits. All you need to do is ask!
What distinguishes this table located inside the kitchen from others is that it seems to blend itself to the low-key industrial decor of the Pastaga. Placed in the centre of the kitchen, the chef’s table is the perfect spot to experience the ambiance of the restaurant, which is known for its shareable dishes and its natural wines.
